Which NFL Coach Has The Most Super Bowl Wins?

Charles Henry Chuck Noll (born January 5, 1932) has more Super Bowl wins than any other NFL coach in history.

Noll coached the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1969 to 1991. During this time, he coached the Pittsburgh Steelers to 4 Super Bowl appearances (winning all of them).

Noll coached the Steelers to Super Bowls IX, X, XII, and XIV during the 1974 and 1975 season; as well as 1979, and 1980 (1978 and 1979 regular season)


Notes: Noll, as a player, was drafted by the Cleveland browns in 1953, where he played until 1959 (retired at the age of 27).         

Noll was elected to the Hall of Fame as a coach in 1993.
