Where Did Vince Lombardi Coach?

As a coach, Vince Lombardi (born June 11, 1913 in Brooklyn, NY) is legendary.

Lombardi coached for the NY Giants from 1954 to 1958 as an offensive (backs) coach; the defensive coach at the time was Tom Landry. 

Lombardi then moved on to the Green Bay Packers as head coach from 1959 to 1967; GM of the Packers during the 1968 season; and later, head coach of the Washington Redskins (1969).

Lombardi is best known for his coaching career while at Green Bay.

Notes: Lombardi was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1971.
Lombardi coached the Packers to 5 (pre-Super Bowl) NFL Championships (1961, 1962, 1965, 1966, 1967).
He coached the Packers to wins in the first two Super Bowls.
