A keg stand is like a headstand; one/two people hold an individual's feet while he/she holds onto the keg.
The person holding onto the keg is the inverted; he/she holds onto the tap of the keg with one hand, help is optional, and drinks until he/she can’t anymore, while the others count (the drinker is upside-down, hands on keg; hence, a keg stand)
